The CANCAVEN

Welcome to my cozy little nest, ideally located 300 meters walk from the fine sandy beach of Port-Mer and its restaurants. It is also close to all amenities, 3 km from the center of Cancale and shops.

Classified 4* for 4 people, my apartment is equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The beds will be made upon your arrival. Bathroom linen and eco-label products are provided.

You will be a stone's throw from the beach, the Cancale nautical club and its activities (courses for children and adults, various courses, equipment rental: optimistic catamaran sailing, etc.).

Memorable walks on the most beautiful sites in Brittany await you (St Malo, Mont St Michel, the GR34 at 200m, hikes or bike rides, circuits, day walks on the customs officers' path, etc.).

You will taste Breton specialties (Kouign Amann, pancakes, Cancale oysters, etc.).

The apartment, for 1 to 6 people, consists of:

- an entrance with cupboard and wardrobe. (iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, children's games for the beach with basket to carry them, beach mats, air freshener, cleaning kit with eco-label product.

- a living room with a new quality Queen size convertible sofa (rapido system 160 x 200 cm), a storage area for your clothes, a coffee table and two poufs.

a connected TV,

Alexa: a connected intelligence that will answer all your questions.

- a dining area with a table that can accommodate 6 people.

- an open kitchen with quality crockery for 6 people and numerous household appliances for preparing your breakfasts and meals.

(dishwasher, induction hob, traditional fan oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer section for your ice cream, kettle, filter coffee maker, Tassimo "espresso & chocolate" coffee maker, Special.T pod teapot , toaster, egg cooker, electric vegetable grater, air fryer).

- An independent bedroom for 2 people (new queen size bed 160x200 cm with memory foam) dressing room and connected TV.

- A mezzanine bedroom for 2 people (2 90x190 cm beds), a relaxation area for children with English/French games and books, a small space dedicated to teleworking (desk and chair). The descent of the stairs is secured by a “child safety” barrier.

(Hair dryer, eco-label shower gel and shampoo, first aid kit, washer-dryer and eco-label detergent provided)

- A pleasant sunny balcony with garden furniture (view of Mt St Michel on a clear day).

- a closed and secure private cellar to store your bicycles, roof box, kayak, paddle, stroller, etc. (key on request)

The exteriors:

- the apartment is located on the 1st and last floor without elevator of a secure residence (barrier with digital code)

- private parking a few meters away

- a PRM space close to the apartment. Facilities and services

- Free Internet access, TV and numerous TV channels including foreign channels and cinema, fast Wi-Fi, internet radio via speaker, Alexa voice assistant.

- Leisure: board games.

- Included: sheets, towels (please do not use for the beach: mats are provided), beds made, eco-label toiletries.

- Baby kit included on request: travel cot, high chair, bathtub, potty.

- Bicycle rental (not included): bicycles, electric scooters possible in Cancale, we have an agreement with a rental company who offers you free delivery of your bicycles to the apartment (contact us).

Accessibility The apartment is located on the 1st floor, this vacation rental is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. However, in the apartment, 4 beds, living rooms, bathrooms and balcony are on one level. For any questions, contact the owner.
